Delivery Options
What are the delivery options? Subject to availability and our current work load, we aim to pick and despatch the same day via a next-day service if the order is placed early enough.
If your order comes to less than £100.00, we charge a subsidised and flat shipping rate of £2.95 unless your location falls under the postcode exceptions noted under the next 'Delivery Charges' FAQ.
In that instance we will provide you with a custom shipping price (also subsidised).
Is there a minimum order? No we do not have a minimum order value to place an order.
Delivery charges
How much do I have to spend for free delivery? If your order comes to more than £100.00 we will provide free delivery to mainland UK destinations other than to the exceptions below. Your order will usually be delivered next day, please allow for upto 3 business days.
If your location falls under the following postcodes /areas , we will have to obtain a custom price from our delivery partner and come back to you with any surcharge added by our shipper (Please note we still subsidise this shipping price in line with all mainland UK customers).

Payment Options
What are my payment options? All of our payment options are secure and only use the very best service providers to handle payments. We have a number of methods by which you can pay for your order.
We accept all major credit and debit cards and payments are handled by Stripe, one of the world's largest online card payment processors.
We also take payment over the phone using a special system the conceals your credit card details from our team, ensuring maximum security.
Payment can also be made by bank transfer.

International Shipping
Do we ship internationally / the EU? We can and do work with most international destinations & EU. In order to get an idea of the shipping cost to your destination, you first need to add all of the product that you wish to order to your shopping basket as normal.
When complete - Proceed through the checkout process where there is a delivery option which allows you to select international shipping. Once you have selected this your provisional order will be submitted to us for shipping quotation.
We then take the size and weight of your order and obtain a competitive quote which we will contact you back about, allowing you to decide whether to proceed. Alternatively we can also work with your preferred shipping company if you already use a shipper.
Discount Arrangements
I have an existing discount arrangement with my current supplier, can I discuss this with you? Yes, we aim to be competitive, we may be able to improve your discount if you purchase in the appropriate volumes, please call us on 01603 701225 to discuss further.
Greeting Card Packaging
Do the greeting cards come wrapped? Unless otherwise stated on the product description, our cards are cellophane wrapped as standard, each dozen / half dozen is packaged and then each card has its own individual packaging. A few of our suppliers have started to offer Eco packaging, any unwrapped product will be marked as such in the description.
